Blooming Spritz Cocktail

We crafted a simple syrup with our limited-edition Bouquet blend and mixed up an easy spring cocktail that is equal parts floral and herbaceous with a soft sweet finish. Hold the gin for an alcoholic-free spritzer.
Ingredients
1 oz Bouquet simple syrup*
2 oz gin (we recommend Hendrick’s)
4 oz tonic water (or Topo Chico)
Juice from half of a lemon
Lemon wedge for garnish
Instructions:
Combine simple syrup, gin, and lemon juice with ice and stir. Top with tonic and garnish with a lemon wedge.
To Make Bouquet Simple Syrup: Ingredients
4 sachets (or 3 tbsp. loose) Bouquet
2 cups water
2 cups cane sugar
Instructions
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and steep Bouquet for 10 minutes. Remove sachets, (or strain loose tea) and add 2 cups of sugar. Stir until dissolved.
