Great tea!

This tea is awesome!

Ingredients

Full leaf fermented black tea from the Yunnan province in China- vintage 2012.

Blend Numerology

The number of years the tea is aged in Yunnan and, if Bob Dorough is to be believed, the magic number.

Preparation

For best flavor, bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil (212 degrees). Steep five minutes. Contemplate the sound of one hand clapping.

Fengqing County, Yunnan Province

Fengqing County is in Lincang Prefecture, located in the western part of Yunnan Province in China. It shares its western border with Myanmar. This is an area famous for producing black tea and shu pu-erh. The tea used to make our pu-erh is harvested between March and May and is then fermented for several months.
