Uniquely smooth and smokey

Wonderful, complex tea. Steeps nicely to yield a strong drink that is still smooth enough to enjoy all morning.

Delicious

I know a good tea when I taste it, even if it isn’t exactly my cuppa. This is a wonderfully smoky tea, and has great lingering flavor. Even if it isn’t something I’d drink super often, the flavors are perfect and warm. Give it a try, especially if you want to test out a delightful smoky tea.

Chinese Black Tea

This style of tea is the most sought after smoked tea in all of China. Delicate and wiry black tea leaves are smoked with horsetail pine boughs for a complex and full yet smooth experience.

Zhejiang Province

Zhejiang Province is located in Eastern China, directly south of Shanghai and Jiangsu Province. These three areas made up a region known in earlier times as the "Land of Fish and Rice". Today, Zhejiang still holds up its end of the bargain as home to China's largest fishery and as one of the largest food producers, along with leading in tea production. The tea used in Zheng Shan is harvested in the spring and then smoked in the summer.
